Title: "Navigating Comprehensive Care for Patients Transitioning to Our Offices"
Description: This presentation addresses the complexities involved in welcoming new patients to our practice. With significant changes occurring within our Berkshire workforce, a growing number of patients are in search of a new dental home. There are challenges in integrating these individuals into our care ecosystem, particularly when introducing them to comprehensive care that may differ from their previous experiences.
Educational Objectives: Guiding our patients to ask for the treatment they need by building trust, developing office systems, and use of effective language. A key strategy is to leverage advanced technology and imaging techniques, allowing patients to visualize their dental conditions as we do and engage in their care.
